KAMBOS MOUNTAIN RACE

Το Σωματείο Ανάπτυξης Κάμπος-Τσακκίστρα σε συνεργασία με τα κοινοτικά συμβούλια Κάμπου και Τσακκίστρας και με την συνδρομή των S.A.S Sports Events και της Custom Timing διοργανώνουν στις 21 Ιανουαρίου για πρώτη χρονιά αγώνα ορεινού τρεξίματος με την ονομασία Kambos Mountain Race.

The Kampos and Tsakkistra Development Association in collaboration with the Kampos community council together with organized groups of the community and with the support of S.A.S Sports Events and Custom Timing are organizing on January 21st for the first time a mountain running race called ‘’Kambos Mountain Race’’.

Races

Δύο διαφορετικοί αγώνες ορεινού τρεξίματος θα διεξαχθούν στις 21 Ιανουαρίου, ένας αγώνας ορεινού τρεξίματος 11 χλμ για τολμηρούς δρομείς που θέλουν να δοκιμάσουν τις δυνατότητες τους στο βουνό, και ένας αγώνας 22 χλμ για έμπειρους και παθιασμένους δρομείς ορεινού τρεξίματος. Και οι δύο αγώνες έχουν υψηλό βαθμό δυσκολίας και επικινδυνότητας και δεν συνιστώνται για αρχάριους δρομείς.

Two different mountain running races will be held on January 21, a 11 km mountain running race for adventurous runners who want to test their mountain skills, and a 22 km race for experienced and passionate mountain runners. Both races have a high degree of difficulty and danger and are not recommended for novice runners.

Για λόγους καλύτερης και ασφαλέστερης διοργάνωσης η συμμετοχή θα περιοριστεί στους 100 δρομείς στον αγώνα των 22 χλμ και στους 150 δρομείς στον αγώνα των 11 χλμ. Δικαίωμα συμμέτοχης έχουν αυστηρά μόνο άτομα άνω το 18 χρονών χωρίς εξαιρέσεις. Εγγραφές για τους δύο αγώνες μπορούν να γίνουν μόνο διαδικτυακά. Την ίδια μέρα θα διεξαχθεί παιδικός αγώνας διασκέδασης 500μ για παιδάκια 6-12 χρόνων και οι εγγραφές θα γίνονται επιτόπου.

For reasons of better and safer organization, participation will be limited to 100 runners in the 22 km race and 150 runners in the 11 km race. Only people strictly over the age of 18 are eligible to participate, with no exceptions. Registration for both races can only be done online. On the same day, a 500m children's fun race will be held for children aged 6-12 and registration will be done on site.
